Writing Diary #2: NaNoWriNo

First of all I'll start by saying that I'm not sure if anyone has used that title before, but I thought of it and it made me laugh. If you don't know, NaNoWriMo is currently underway, and the goal for writers is to conjure up 50,000 words in just 30 days. That's an average of 1,667 words per day.

I say 'personal' because I have to do a bit of writing for school and I feel like it doesn't really count. I have already worked on two different stories this year - unfinished, obviously - and I have liked setting aside about an hour each night to spend writing. Granted, I do not do this every night, but it has been therapeutic and good to put my writing into practice.
