Hey everyone!
March is already over and I managed to read some great books. I started university again this month, which brought on many new assignments that I need to work on. I still found time to read, and it helps that I have around an hour on the train each uni day. In April I have a short mid-semester break for around one week, so this will give me some more time to read.
March Wrap-Up
In March I was able to read five books. They were what I wanted to read in my March TBR plus two, so I am pretty pleased with myself.
The Yellow Birds by Kevin Powers
A novel I read for university that I’m enjoying more now that I’m studying it.
The Husband’s Secret by Liane Moriarty
It has a good narrative with thought-out plot twists.
Flowers in the Attic by Virginia Andrews
A really creepy book that made me despise a certain character.
Strawberry Summer by Melissa Brayden
I loved this romance, it was very sweet.
November 9 by Colleen Hoover
A book with a unique and creative premise that had me wanting more.
I thoroughly enjoyed all of these books! My favourite is definitely Strawberry Summer, but I also really like Flowers in the Attic.
April TBR
I did not buy any books in March so I don’t really have anything planned! There are a few that I already own and also a NetGalley book that I would like to read. Currently I am reading The Hating Game and I love it so far! The author also responded to my tweet, so thanks Sally Thorne.
The Hating Game by Sally Thorne
Do Not Become Alarmed by Malie Meloy
Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty
Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen (maybe this month I’ll finally read it)
That’s my April TBR! I already think The Hating Game will be my favourite, but I’ll wait to give the others a chance.
- Have you read or want to read any of these books?
ooh November 9 is on my tbr- I’m so glad you liked it! And I love Pride and Prejudice- hope you enjoy it!

I’ve heard pretty much only good things about The Hating Game and I love Pride and Prejudice, Lizzie has a really unique voice considering the time period. I hope you have a good reading month!
